If you need to return a part, you will need a Return Authorization number (RA#) to return parts,please call our office to obtain the Return Authorization. Please have the order number as well as the make, model and serial number of your equipment available when you call. Our office number is 636-634-2217 Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p Central time. All packages received without a valid RA number written on them will be returned to sender.
